1. About AquaFree

AquaFree Car Care Nigeria Ltd (RC 7891234) provides mobile waterless car wash and detailing services across Nigeria. These Terms govern your use of our website (aquafree.ng) and the services we provide.

2. Bookings & Appointments

2.1 Making a Booking

Bookings can be made online, via WhatsApp, or by phone. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation (email or WhatsApp message) containing your booking reference number. AquaFree reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate information about your vehicle, location, and contact details. Providing false information may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.

2.3 Access to Vehicle

You must ensure the technician has safe, unobstructed access to the vehicle at the agreed time. If access is not possible at the scheduled time, the booking may be forfeited and a re-booking fee may apply.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• More than 3 hours before appointment: Free cancellation or rescheduling. Full refund if paid.
• Within 3 hours of appointment: 20% holding fee retained. Remaining amount refunded within 5 business days.
• No-show (technician arrives, no access): Full booking amount forfeited.
• Cancellation by AquaFree (e.g. technician unavailability): Full refund within 2 business days.

4. Payment

All prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is required at or before the time of service. We accept card payments (via Paystack), bank transfer, USSD, and WhatsApp-assisted payment. Cash on arrival is available for select packages as indicated at checkout.

AquaFree is not responsible for payment failures caused by your bank, card issuer, or network provider.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your service, notify us within 24 hours of service completion with your booking reference and photos. We will:

• Re-perform the unsatisfactory portion of the service at no additional cost; or
• Issue a partial or full refund at our discretion, depending on the nature of the complaint

Satisfaction guarantee claims must be made within 24 hours. Claims made after this period cannot be considered.

6. Liability & Insurance

AquaFree carries public liability insurance of up to ₦5,000,000 per incident. Our liability for any damage caused during service is limited to the cost of reasonable repair or the insured amount, whichever is lower.

AquaFree is not liable for: pre-existing damage to the vehicle; damage resulting from defective paintwork, unsealed surfaces, or incorrectly installed accessories; loss of personal items left in the vehicle; or consequential losses arising from a booking.

You are advised to remove all valuables from your vehicle before your appointment.

7. Conduct & Safety

Our technicians are entitled to work in a safe and respectful environment. AquaFree reserves the right to terminate a service immediately and without refund if a customer is abusive, threatening, or behaves in a manner that compromises the safety of our staff.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on aquafree.ng — including the AquaFree name, logo, designs, copy, and photography — is the intellectual property of AquaFree Car Care Nigeria Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our branding without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
