Yes. Our products are pH-neutral and safe on all paint types including metallic, matte, gloss, and vinyl wraps. They are also safe on chrome, rubber, plastic trim, and glass.

A traditional car wash uses 100–300 litres of water per vehicle. We use zero. Our cleaning agents are 100% biodegradable, non-toxic, and produce zero harmful runoff. We also use reusable microfibre cloths laundered with eco-certified detergents — no single-use products.

Same-day bookings are available for Express Exterior packages only, subject to technician availability in your area. For all other packages, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee your preferred time slot.

Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm. We do not operate on Sundays or public holidays. In Lagos and Abuja we offer early-morning slots (7:00 am) for select packages — check availability when booking.

Yes. You can reschedule or cancel up to 3 hours before your appointment with no charge. Cancellations within 3 hours may incur a 20% holding fee. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your booking reference number.

Prices vary slightly by city to account for local operational costs, logistics, and technician wages. Lagos is our base price benchmark. Ibadan and Enugu are typically 8–12% lower; Abuja is 5% higher. Your exact price is always shown at checkout before payment.

Paint Coating is a professional nano-ceramic coating applied to your car's exterior paintwork. It creates a hydrophobic barrier that repels water, dirt, UV rays, and minor scratches for up to 12 months, depending on your environment and how often the car is washed.

Deodorisation uses ozone or enzyme-based treatment to neutralise deep-set odours — cigarette smoke, food, pet smells, or musty dampness. It's recommended if you notice persistent odours that air fresheners can't mask. The treatment takes 10 minutes and results last several weeks.

Yes. All payments are processed by Paystack, Nigeria's leading payment gateway, using 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store your card details. You receive an email and SMS receipt immediately after payment.

Yes. Every AquaFree technician undergoes a full background check, 80 hours of product and technique training, and holds a valid AquaFree ID. They arrive in branded uniforms and drive branded vehicles. You can verify your technician's name and photo in your booking confirmation.

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're not completely happy with the result, contact us within 24 hours with your booking reference and photos, and we'll re-do the service at no cost. If a re-do isn't possible, we'll issue a full or partial refund.
